Q. How do I know what board will suit me?
A. There are so many factors when is comes to choosing a board. Experienced surfers will know what they are looking for, but for the beginner its a bit harder. The big one is volume of the board. As a good rule of thumb, half your actual weight, then add 5 - 10 litres to the board. That is always a good staring point. For eg. If you weigh 80 kgs, then half is 40, add 5 - 10 to this and look for a board around the 40 - 50 litre mark.
